•Delivery Services: Facilitating the delivery of goods and packages.
•On-Demand Services: Providing additional services available through the platform.
•Zubo acts as a facilitator, connecting users (riders, customers, and drivers) and is not directly responsible for the services provided by third-party service providers.

3. Registration and Account Responsibility
a. Creating an Account
•To use Zubo, you must register an account by providing accurate and up-to-date personal information.
•You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
•Misrepresentation or providing false information may lead to account termination.

b. Account Security
•You are solely responsible for activities conducted through your account.
•Notify Zubo immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Payment Terms
a. Payment Methods
•Zubo supports various payment methods, including digital wallets, credit/debit cards, and cash (where applicable).
•Payments must be made at the time of service completion or as specified in the app.

b. Pricing and Fees
•Service fees are determined based on the nature of the service requested.
•Additional charges may apply for cancellations, waiting time, or special requests.

c. Refunds
•Refunds for services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
•Certain transactions may not qualify for a refund, such as completed rides or delivered items.

5. Cancellations and Modifications
a. Riders and Customers
•Rides or orders can be canceled within the app before a driver or service provider is dispatched.
Cancellation fees may apply if the cancellation occurs after the service provider has been assigned.

b. Service Providers
•Drivers or delivery personnel may cancel services due to safety concerns, unforeseen circumstances, or rider violations of these Terms.

6. Code of Conduct
a. Riders and Customers
•Riders must provide accurate pick-up and drop-off locations.
•Riders must treat drivers and delivery personnel respectfully. Harassment or abusive behavior will result in account suspension or termination.

b. Drivers and Delivery Personnel
•Drivers must comply with all local laws and provide professional, safe, and respectful service.
•Delivery personnel are responsible for ensuring the safety and accuracy of goods delivered.

c. Prohibited Activities
•Misuse of the platform for fraudulent activities, unlawful acts, or harm to other users is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability
a. Disclaimer of Responsibility
•Zubo acts solely as a facilitator between users and service providers.
•Zubo is not responsible for any losses, injuries, or damages incurred during the use of the platform, except as required by law.

b. Limitation of Liability
•Zubo’s total liability shall not exceed the service fee paid by the user in connection with the incident.

8. Privacy and Data Use
•Your use of Zubo is subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, store, and use your personal information.

9. Intellectual Property
•All content, trademarks, and branding associated with Zubo are the intellectual property of Zubo or its licensors.
•Unauthorized use of Zubo’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

10. Termination of Service
Zubo reserves the right to:
•Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
•Refuse service to users who pose risks to the community or platform integrity.

11. Dispute Resolution
•Any disputes or claims arising out of or related to Zubo’s services will be resolved in accordance with Ghanaian law.
•Users agree to resolve disputes through arbitration before pursuing litigation.
